That leaves room for the things itineraries usually squeeze out: a farmhouse lunch that runs into the afternoon, a monastery you sit in rather than photograph, a conversation with a stranger that turns into the reason you'll return. Real immersion is unhurried by definition.
And because the company shapes the memory as much as the country, we keep our circles small and our hosts present. Human connection isn't a bonus outcome of our journeys. It's the design brief.
